I just learned that Alexander McQueen was an accomplished "under" achiever--meaning that he was a good scuba diver. and he often dove in the Maldives.
and his collection for SS 2010 is marine life inspired. on the show, the models' hairdo looks like the head of a manta ray. and the prints are amazing, of bright colors and motifs of corals, fishes, scales, anemones etc. and those shoes. look like a head of a marine monster!
wonder what he wrote on his dive-log!perhaps he din write any but instead he sketched so many dresses.
he will be missed.
